Description: This was a 3-hour-long, in-person workshop held at the Lafayette Public Library. I taught the 20 participants (ages 8-14) about sustainability, the need for biodegradable plastic alternatives, and how to cook Alganyl. Participants further speculated on future applications they would want to make using Alganyl.
